Brown coloured Bakelite ash tray; square shaped, cut out in all four corners for cigarettes, engraved on the top is, "U.P.R.R.Co." (Union Pacidic Railroad Company?) and "SAFETEY FIRST"; raised lettering on the bottom, "SAMUAL LEWIS Co.INC., 73 BARCLAY ST.N.Y.C, MADE IN U.S.A".
