Square, satchel-style with a fold over flap and side attached shoulder length strap; beige coloured canvas; machine stitched; inside is two vertical pouches and one small pocket; two metal grommets hold the flap to the front of the body; stencilled on the underside of the flap looks to be the maker mark and a large C with a broad arrow (Canadian Government property).
