Four vertical streamers attached at each top edge to a green fabric band; hand and machine stitched; white cotton ties are attached to the band ends; streamers are made from green satin fabric with an overlay of green organza; each streamer has decorative motifs of silver and green sequins; braid trim outlines all edges; a blue ink stamp with Chinese characters is located on the reverse of the band.
