Pages bound with string to spine; machine printed; red coloured cloth covers glued to cardboard; centre of the front cover one vertical column of black coloured Chinese characters; each page is divided into black coloured Chinese characters and English equalivents on both sides of each off-white coloured page; 134 pages, are numbered in English; inscription in pencil on the inside cover. Stored inside the pages are notes on lessons written by the owner of the book in 1968; see research notes
