Brown glass with a front label, a cork, a back label, a liquor Control Board label, and a small strip at the bottom of the bottle. The front label notes that the company was established in 1845. The back labeldescribes the reputation of the product and its company; as well, it has a statement and signature from the Public Analyst of Glasgow confirming the quality of this product. The LCB label notes 'Possession Approved' and has a space for a place and date (nothing written in, but beside date is the number 192..., indicating the 1920s). See 2003.22.648B.
