Hinged wooden cigar box with logo, border, impressed design and adhered label; inscriptions include: Monte Cristo Habana, 25 - Montecristo No. 1, Cabinet Selection; adhered label states: Cuban Government 's Warranty for Cigars Exported from Havana, label includes borders and design motifs, with text in Spanish, dated July 1912; base of box has an impressed label Hecho en Cuba: various items including envelopes, stamps and photographs (2004.47.711 - 2004.47.719) were originally stored within this box.
