Cardboard box with lid attached across the back to the bottom; glued to exterior is a covering in a very thin sheet of wood with blue paper edging; machine printed on the top, 'Terry's Prescription Stores, Victoria, B.C.' with prescription inside lid; typewriter label saids, 'For Mrs. J.A. Rithet, date: 11.12.15, No. 67534, "One at once repeat every hour until relieved", Ordered by Dr. Holden.
