Coat
Purchased by the donor at Simpson's in Toronto in 1965, they moved to Victoria in 1973, she wore it here until about 1983. Beige brushed wool with slash pockets at sides and three large plain round beige buttons down front. Bottom 12 cm. of sleeves trimmed in beige beaver fur, shawl collar is also beige beaver fur. Lined in peach-coloured satin. Label at back of neck says : "Simpson's". Appears to be approx. ladies size 8.
