Collar
Circular cape-like collar of white satin fabric has overlay of white organza; high neck band with back closing and four snaps; neckband lined with cotton/linen; hand-stitched and machine stitched; blue metal sequins in floral designs are hand stitched onto the white organza; sequin braid trims the edges of the neckband, back opening and lower hemline; a fringe of blue and white plastic beads decorates the lower edge of the collar.
