White clay body with glossy glaze applied. Decoration consists of a dark blue-green color band on the rim. A gap in the band contains the blue-green color transfer image of a trifold banner bearing the words "McIntyre's / Cafe / Vancouver". On the bottom is the maker's mark. The glaze is heavily crazed over all surfaces and the body is deeply stained.
