Shaped cheongsam with asymmetrical closing constructed from blue figured silk? fabric with an all-over print and Chinese motifs; lined in pale blue silk; sleeveless; machine and hand-stitched; shoulder seams; standing lined collar; shaped by bust darts, vertical darts front and back and a narrowing of the fabric at the hemline ;side slits open 21.5cm from hemline; all edges bound with blue binding; 2 'flower button' closures(in leaf shapes) with loops and knotted buttons are located along the right side overlap; a metal zipper inscribed 'Unison' is located along right side seam; 4 snaps and one hook and eye close the neck and side overlap; label at inside neck has woven Chinese characters translated 'Chen Chi Clothing Company - Hong Kong, Shanghai'.
