Yellow coloured synthetic fabric dress; machine stitched; ruffle around the collar with a light tone yellow coloured ribbon rose in the center with green coloured leaves; short sleeves; yellow and green coloured smocking across the front; empire waistline; open halfway down the back, on the right side are three white coloured small plastic buttons and on the left are the white coloured cord loops; inside the neckline is a white coloured fabric tag with yellow coloured machine stitched writing, "ECLIPSE/ Tiny Toddlers" and on the reverse, "SIZE 2" and "2203" is stamped in black coloured ink; handstitched turned under hem.
