One-piece of nylon fabric cut into a rectangular shape with machine stitched edging; horizontal royal blue coloured band across the top section of the flag and another along the bottom, in the centre is a royal blue coloured outline of a six-pointed star; the flag is attached to a white coloured plastic post with a slid-on clamp at the end.
