Constructed of painted cardboard in a sloped and peaked shape with one central back and two side angled seams; hand stitched; painted surface decorations on a blue background include designs in white, pink, green and ochre, white vertical stripes and a front centered pink/white stylized medallion motif; 4 applied strips of silver rickrack trim decorate the white stripes; a black narrow elastic band is stitched on opposite sides of the lower interior edge with a small elastic loop at the back seam.
