Navy blue cotton constructed with 6 segments, a bottom band opened at the back seam and a top knot; hat is designed to be pleated and folded flat; hand and machine stitched; each segment has decorative embroidery in a floral motif with mirrored sequins, worked in tones of pink threads with gold; bright pink cotton fabric is used for the top knot, bottom edge binding, bottom flap patches and ties; lined in blue cotton with interior attachments for ties.
