Slightly curved flat headdress; blue cotton over fabric with cut out areas that expose the red cotton under fabric; stiffened on a paper backing; crown like shape with four top projections and a lower flat band; decorated with mirrored sequins and four red variegated puffed balls on wire supports; gingham cotton ties attach horizontally at the band edge.
