Moulded clear glass bottle, round shape, straight sides, top rim, Imperial half pint size with wide mouth; front side has an applied colour label in red and green, Crystal Milk and Cream inside a red circle with a green border, Crystal Dairy Limited, Vancouver, Phone Ha 0135 in red letters; reverse side has an applied colour label in a red with text: Refund 5 cents When Returned; base has very faint 'D' inside a diamond with a lower dot outside the diamond, number 2, letter T and other marks.
