A: tan coloured stoneware; wheel thrown; dark brown coloured matte overglaze, except on the bottom which is unglazed; raised opening in the top with a flange where the lid sits on; B:tan coloured stoneware lid; dark brown coloured matte glaze over the exterior, interior is unglazed; small circular pull on the top.
