Cod Jig
Nickel-plated lead fish jig, used for bottom fish like cod or halibut. Name "GIBBS" and "48" cast on one side. Used by staff of at the time, the Marine Biology Division of the B.C. Provincial Museum, later Natural History of the Royal B.C. Museum. Hook and swivel missing.
