Fine Champagne Cognac is a designation that this product is a mixture of brandy from both the Grandes Champagne and Petite Champagne territories of the Cognac region of France (territories that are respectively, first and second in brandy producing prestiege); over 50% of the mixture must be from the Grande Champagne territory to achieve this distinction.
