This appears to be a popular drink from the village of Steinhager in the westfalen region of Germany (though the company making it is from the town of Guthersloh). Drink is made from a mixture of juniper berries and wheat. Wacholderbeer, an essential oil of a particular berry, appears to be added as a tincture to this beverage, promoting health..
