In English, the label has the phrases 'bottled in our cellars' and 'South African Port' on it; in Afrikaans (?) it has the phrase 'ko-operatieve wijnbouwers vereniging van zuid-Afrika Beperkt' on it. Last phrase seems to relate to the company's beginning as a co-operative venture (see KWV International LTD in the lexicon). Listed in the LDB product catalogue for August 31, 1983 under Fortified Wine (Port-Canada); the sweetness code was 05, and a 750 ml. bottle sold for $5.55.
