White clay body with glossy glaze applied. Decoration consists of a wide dark-green band and a thin band just below the rim. Plus a thin band two-thirds of the way down the side. Between the upper and the lower bands is a green transfer of a ring bearing the words "PAP Loyal Order of Moose". Inside the ring is the head of a bull moose. the maker's and distributor's stamp appears on the bottom in black.
