Two skirt panels attached to a waistband; green satin fabric has an overlay of green organza; hand-stitched and machine stitched; cotton/linen waistband with cotton side ties; blue ink stamp with Chinese characters on reverse of waistband; green, white, silver, gold and blue sequins are worked into decorative designs; each panel has a central image of a dragon and surrounding border details; streamers are attached at the waistband of each panel; braid trim outlines all edges.
