Victory Loan Pennant
Purple and blue cotton in a notched triangular shape; white border. Design of badge is a large gold-coloured V shape surrounded by laurel leaves. There are two shield badges: the larger has a red and white flaming sword over the number 7, and the smaller has Roman numeral VIII.There are three gold-coloured stars. Cord is made of braided white cotton.
