One-piece of black felt cut into a triangular shape with tassels machine sewn on the ends of the long side; stencilled on the front is a full colour images of a RCMP man in a pink coloured uniform, totem poles in Stanley Park, Burrard Inlet with buildings and the Lion's Gate Bridge; title in large white letters on the front.
