White clay body with clear glossy glaze applied. Decoration is banding on upper surface of rim consisting of a wider green band between thin maroon color bands. Gap in banding for a banner design carrying the words "Hotel St. - Francis" glaze is worn and discoloration has moved into the clay body. underside of rim has a number of chips in it.
