White clay body with clear glossy glaze applied. Decoration is banding on upper rim consisting of a wider light green band between two maroon color thin bands. Gap in bands for shield transfer decoration bearing the words "Hotel St. Francis" Impressed into bottom of plate is "E.VII"/"VI' surmounted by a crown.
