Cement Sack
Light brown, unused, burlap sack, stencilled on one side with red and black circular logo:"British Columbia Cement Co. Ltd. / Elk / Portland Cement / Registered Trade Mark" and on the other side in black bold print: "British Columbia Cement Co. Ltd. Tod Inlet and Bamberton B.C. The sack would have been made at the cement plant from imported burlap, and would date from the 1920s before replaced by paper.
