Buff colored clay body with opaque white glaze applied. Decoration on upper surface of rim consists solely of a transfer printed garter design in black which bears the words "S.O.E. Victoria" on the garter and the letters "B.C." in the center of the garter. The makers mark is a green transfer applied to the bottom of the plate.
