Overall white colour with a thick dark blue band around the rim, in the centre a handpainted blue coloured shield with a sun rise over a mountain, under the shield is a ribbon with 'Whatsoever Things Are True'; name of the manufacturer's company is stamped in black ink on the bottom, 'Shenango China' with an outline of an American Indian sitting on the ground; overall high gloss finish.
