Close fitting shaped Chinese jacket of pink silk (?) satin with front opening, banded collar, kimono sleeves, and side and back hemline slits; hand and machine-stitched; lined; dart shaping; inner and outer collar bands are trimmed with contrasting patterned fabric piping; 3 Chinese knot fasteners close the front opening and are fashioned from the same contrasting patterned fabric; 2 separate decorative fabric streamers attach at the lowest front knot fastener and extend down each side of the front opening; decorative designs are created with individual sequins in colours of red, green, gold and blue, as well as sequin trim; sequin trim braid is found at the hemline, hemline slit openings, cuffs, streamers, banded collar and front opening; sequin designs of butterflies, leaves and stars (?) decorate front, back and sleeves; marabou (?) feather trim is found at all jacket edges including cuffs, front opening, hemline, slits and streamers.
