Blue coloured fabric; machine stitched; same fabric collar; front opening with black coloured plastic buttons with a raised three leaf clover with, "G, G, C" on the three leaves; same fabric loop on the right side up by the neckline; same fabric patch pockets at chest height; long sleeves that are gathered into cuffs with a one button closure; above the left pocket is the outline of where a badge had been stitched.
