Carved cedar sign; outside has a pale yellow/cream coloured painted surface with 4 gold painted? (originally gold leaf) Chinese characters slightly incised into the surface with a seal in lower left-hand corner; reverse side is mostly bare wood with some paint residue and 2 short cross pieces attached with screws; there is some evidence of missing attachments.
