Red, white, yellow, green and navy blue coloured polyester; tartan pattern; machine stitched; thick white coloured elastic waistband, which is adjustable with a large silver colored safety pin on the proper left side; white colored polyester semi-circular piece of fabric along front of waistline for belly; rest of the skirt is tartan pattern; pleats in center front.
