Navy blue nylon fabric; machine stitched; two silver colored hook and eye closures proper left side of waistband; silver colored "lightening" zipper down proper left side; two fake pocket flaps sewn down on front; three silver colored eyes (one missing) on back waistband for attaching skirt to shirt; white hand stitched label with " N/S J. PACKFORD" in red colored machine stitched lettering inside waistband; two same fabric loops on inside of either side of the waistband, right side fabric loop has a piece of orange and green paper with "698" in black colored printing stapled together on it; hand stitched hemline; light tone blue top stitching.
