Commemorative Tray
Rectangular shape with edging of heavily cast design of faces, flowers and leaves; two ornate cast D-shaped handles; no feet; engraved on bottom hallmarks: 'BIRKS' over a standing lion, 'Regency Plate' and 'M with S' overlapping inside a shield, 'Filler Silver Mounts, Made in England'; heavily engraved into the tray are dogwood flowers and acanthus leaves, in the centre of the tray is engraved, "Presented to the Honourable Thomas Dufferin Pattullo K.C.LL.D. Prime Minister of British Columbia on the occasion of His Sixty-fifth Birthday also commemorating his forty years of public service in the Yukon and British Columbia, His Worship Major George C. Miller Vancouver, B.C. January 19th, 1938".
