Blue satin loose-fitting Chinese trousers with three applied red fabric horizontal stripes at lower leg; machine stitched; finished with flat fell type seams; cotton yoke at waistline; wide legs joined to yoke and crotch with an angled seam at front and back; bottom of legs are gathered with threaded elastic; three safety pins are attached to the yoke with a length of white ribbon; inked inscriptions visible on the yoke include: '42 -44 max'.
